Fernando Torres set to return for Liverpool against Manchester City

Liverpool striker Fernando Torres returned to training yesterday and could now face Manchester City in the early kick-off on Saturday.
The former Atletico Madrid hitman missed the last Premier League match with Birmingham and reports earlier this week had suggested he would be out for another two weeks.
He also missed Spain’s internationals against Argentina and Austria this week but has now given Rafa Benitez a major boost. The Spaniard should not be able to call upon talisman Torres and Steven Gerrard for the clash against City.
So far this season Torres has scored 10 goals in 13 matches in the Premier League and Champions League.
